Pro-Life Resources - Toolkit for Clergy
Since 1991, Priests for Life has been encouraging and equipping the clergy of America and the world to teach clearly and minister compassionately on the issue of abortion.
We are happy to offer you, as our gift, the “Pro-life Toolkit” which has key resources you will not find elsewhere for preaching, prayer and teaching about the protection of the unborn.
It includes the book Proclaiming the Message of Life, in which Frank Pavone offers suggestions for preaching the pro-life message based on the readings for every Sunday of the three-year cycle of the Lectionary. These reflections are based on his experience preaching on abortion in all 50 states since 1993
Priests for Life has also produced a set of seven pocket-sized pro-life prayer booklets built around the themes of healing, Scripture, the Holy Spirit, the Virgin Mary, the Saints, our elections and political life, and generic prolife prayers for all occasions. Many use these booklets at prolife prayer vigils, in adoration chapels and in their homes.
We offer prayer cards that include a daily prayer of commitment to end abortion as well as prayers related to the Eucharist, St. John Paul II, our elections, our courts and more.
We also have a popular daily devotional, Pro-Life Reflections for Every Day published by the Catholic Book Publishing Company and updated just last year. This book takes a quote (from Scripture, Church documents, or saints), and then gives a prolife reflection and prayer based on it.
